What should players bring?

A full water bottle, cleats, and shin guards. Dress appropriately for the weather and bring a snack for breaks.

What time should players arrive?

Players must arrive 20 minutes before their session start time to allow for check-in, preparation, and warm-up. U-8 to U-14 session starts at 9:30 AM; U-15 to U-19 starts at 1:00 PM.

How do I register?

Click the Register Now button on this page and complete the registration form. Spots are limited so early registration is encouraged.

What is the cost?

Registration is $120 CAD per player per session.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after registration.

Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to uphold the following standards throughout the event: Treat coaches, staff, referees, and fellow players with respect at all times Follow instructions from staff and coaches promptly Represent yourself and Racing City Group with professionalism on and off the pitch Any form of bullying, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund Parents and guardians are expected to model positive behaviour from the sidelines By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the Code of Conduct in full.

What is the check-in process?

Players must arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled session start time. Upon arrival, proceed to the check-in area where staff will direct you to your group and answer any questions. U-8 to U-14: Check-in opens at 9:10 AM U-15 to U-19: Check-in opens at 12:40 PM
